YOU CANNOT USE THIS FORM TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. We understand life happens and would hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your membership, please send an email requesting a cancellation to fitevocancellations@gmail.com. In your email, include the following: your name and reason for cancellation. Once your email is received, you can expect a reply confirming your cancellation in 1-3 days.

We also offer the option to freeze your membership for just $5 a month. You can freeze and unfreeze your account via email us at fitevocancellations@gmail.com. Freezing will be indefinite until you notify us to unfreeze your account. Monday-Thursday 4:00am-12:00am (midnight),
Friday: 4:00am-11:00pm
Saturday-Sunday 6:00am-11:00pm.
We are open every major holiday except Christmas day.
6:00am-2:00pm on Christmas Eve
6:00am-2:00pm on Thanksgiving Day.
6:00am-2:00pm on the 4th of July.
