a. Canceling at Fit Evo is simple! To cancel your membership, all you have to do is send an email requesting cancellation with your full name and reason for cancelling to “fitevocancellations@gmail.com”.
b. If you’re having difficulty canceling via email, that’s okay! The alternate method to canceling will be to send in a letter through certified mail to our address (1504 Iowa St. Bellingham, WA 98229) stating who you are, your reason for canceling, and your signature authorizing the cancellation.
c. Memberships must be in good standing (not have a balance due) and cannot be canceled the same month they’ve been created. There will be one more month of billing after the month you cancel and you’ll still have gym access for that entire last month.
Fit Evo has several short-term options available to sign up for in-person including single-day, week-passes, and single month memberships with no additional fees or recurring charges. Unfortunately, we cannot just do a single month at our month-to-month membership rates (Basic or Premium).
a. Monthly memberships MUST have either a valid credit or debit card, or a direct deposit account and routing number information as a form of automatic payment; they cannot be paid for with cash.
b. All of our paid-in-full memberships however, can be paid in cash as they do not have recurring billing. These include single-month memberships, yearlong PIF memberships, and our college student membership.
We currently do not offer any membership bundles like this, however, any Premium level member can bring in one guest with them each time they come in for free, for an unlimited number of times.
This will vary depending on location. If you’re unsure if your membership will give you access to other Fitness Evolution clubs, (Marysville, San Jose, and in New Jersey and Maine) please contact their facility and inquire with staff there.
Fit Evo is open 7 days a week. Monday-Thursday 4:00am-12:00am, Fridays we close an hour earlier at 11:00pm, and Saturday-Sunday 6:00am-11:00pm. We are open every major holiday except Christmas day.
The schedule of fitness classes varies as well.
Training rates will vary depending on how frequently you visit your trainer and which trainer you are assigned to but will usually start at $35 per session.
Most issues and concerns will be resolved by our front desk team or the membership support manager. If it’s a matter that they cannot resolve, a member may leave their contact info and a description of their issue with the front desk who will relay that message to the owner and he will respond at his own discretion.
Yes you can! Anyone from the ages of 13-17 can still use our facility as long as a parent or legal guardian is there with them to sign the underage release waiver on the initial visit. Minors 13-15 still have to be accompanied by an adult the entire time they are using the facility and cannot enter alone. The underage waiver cannot be taken home and must be signed by a parent or guardian at the front desk.
Like every gym, there are peak hours throughout the day, but our facility is huge and people are generally able to complete their entire workouts without any hassle no matter the time of day. That being said, we tend to be busiest between 4:30-7:30PM on the weekdays.
