We offer two distinct Pilates class formats, each designed with a specific experience in mind. Pilates Fusion

What to expect:

Pilates Fusion is where classical Pilates principles meet modern movement. Performed entirely on the mat using your own bodyweight, this class focuses on precision, control, and intentional movement. Every exercise is taught with an emphasis on proper form, breathing, and alignment, giving you the tools to build a truly strong and functional foundation. Expect a calm but challenging environment where the instructor guides you through classical Pilates exercises at a measured, focused pace. This is not a passive class, when done correctly, Mat Pilates is a full-body workout that leaves your muscles feeling worked and your mind feeling clear.

Mat Pilates focuses on foundational Pilates movements performed entirely on the floor, building core strength, stability, and body awareness using just your bodyweight. Pilates Fusion blends traditional Pilates principles with elements from other training styles to create a more dynamic, full body workout. Both are great options depending on what you are looking for.

No experience necessary. Our classes are designed to welcome all fitness levels, from first timers to seasoned athletes. Movements can be modified to match where you are at, so you can show up and work at your own pace.

Do not worry about keeping up perfectly right away. Our instructors cue every movement so you always know what to do, and modifications are always available. Most people leave their first class feeling accomplished and already looking forward to the next one.

Pop music plays throughout the class, which aids in building endurance by increasing cardiovascular activity and allows you to lose yourself in the beat while toning your core, legs, arms, back – you name it!

Pilates Fusion is not your average workout. You can expect a class that challenges your strength and endurance while still emphasizing the controlled, intentional movement that Pilates is known for. It has more energy and variety than a traditional Pilates class but still leaves you feeling worked out in all the right ways rather than just worn out.
