How long until I see results?

People who follow their recommended weekly program will typically see improved strength, mobility, flexibility, and endurance in a few weeks and start feeling returns from just one session.

What do I need to bring?

A water bottle, towel, appropriate workout clothing, and willingness to work! Personal trainers provide the equipment and motivation needed – just show up prepared to take that one more step.

What will I feel after my first personal training session?

Pain is a natural part of the fitness journey, and you’re not alone in feeling it. The soreness that develops after an intense workout session or introducing new movements is due to lactic acid buildup. This sensation will typically only last for 1-2 days at most before subsiding again – so don’t worry! If pain lasts more than a day after exercise or if it feels like something might be wrong, notify your trainer as soon as possible. They’ll take care of whatever may need addressing right away.

How often should a typical client work out?

All our clients have different goals and needs. Some train 2-4 times per week, while others may train less frequently. Our team of personal trainers will craft a program to fit your goals, stamina, and schedule. We offer in-studio training and live virtual training for everyone’s convenience.
