When preparing for a 360 Strong class, the only thing you will need to bring is yourself! You do not need special equipment or clothing as all workouts are bodyweight-based; however, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and athletic shoes to maximize your performance.

We also encourage participants to bring their own water bottles and a small hand towel for wiping sweat off during the class. It’s also a good idea to arrive at least five minutes early to get used to the atmosphere and ensure your space is set up correctly.
