Weight Training

Free weights, machines and the strength floor, included with every membership — plus the barbell classes if you would rather be coached.

The strength floor is the middle of this building: dumbbells, free weights, bench press benches and machines, with space to jump rope or stretch when the racks are busy. It is included with every membership, Basic included, and the doors open at 4:00 AM Monday to Friday.

Lift on your own

Unlimited gym access comes with Basic at $34.99 + tax a month, month-to-month, no long-term contract. Even at peak hours there is room and a choice of equipment — the dumbbells and the bench press benches are the two things that get crowded.

Or get coached through it

Loading a barbell correctly is learned faster with somebody watching the bar. There are two ways to do that here.

Barbell classes on the Group X timetable

Group Power puts squats, lunges, presses and curls together with an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body resistance. BodyPump covers the same ground with light weights and a high number of repetitions. Fe FORGE is the circuit version — barbells, kettlebells and bodyweight movements inside an hour of planned intervals. 360 Strong is 45 minutes of power training across several disciplines. All four are included with a Premium membership, and the current timetable says which days they run.

A trainer

Personal training starts at $35 a session, and every membership includes a free training consultation — the cheapest way to have your form checked and a programme written. Premium members take 20% off training.
