What do I need to bring to a Group Power class?

Plan on bringing appropriate workout clothing, supportive shoes, a towel, and a water bottle. We will provide equipment like weights, bars, and boxes. These pointers will help you to succeed in your first few lessons:

  • Wear comfortable workout clothing and comfortable athletic shoes.
  • Bring a towel and a water bottle.
  • Weight training gloves are a personal choice, but they are not required.
  • Arrive 15 minutes before class to introduce yourself to the instructor. The instructor will assist you in setting up your equipment, offering starting weight suggestions, and answering any questions you have to help you relax.
  • Stand in the middle of the room and have a good view of the instructor.
  • Your instructor will assist you, encourage you, and provide exercise alternatives to ensure success.
  • You can stop at any time in a song, whether to catch your breath or change your posture.
