Sports Performance Training

The conditioning classes, the strength floor, and a trainer who builds around your season. Availability and pricing come from the front desk.

FIT EVO is a full facility rather than a specialist academy. What athletes use here is the strength floor, the conditioning end of the class timetable, and a trainer who will build the programme around the season you are training for.

What is on site

The weights floor carries free weights, machines and enough room to work at peak hours. On the Group X timetable, the sessions that carry over to sport are the conditioning formats: Fe FORGE puts strength work, explosive cardio and functional circuits into one hour and is built around movements that transfer outside the gym; HIIT alternates hard intervals with recovery; TRX is suspension training led by TRX-certified trainers; and 360 Strong is 45 minutes of multi-discipline power training. Group Power and BodyPump cover the barbell side.

Programming for your sport

Sport-specific work is a personal training conversation. Our trainers write customised programmes for clients at every level — starting out, pushing past a plateau, or coming back from an injury — and every membership includes a free training consultation to scope it. Training starts at $35 a session, and Premium members take 20% off.

Availability and pricing

Sports performance training is arranged at the desk rather than published on a price list, because what it involves depends on the sport and the athlete. Call (360) 746-6354, ask at the front desk, or send us a message for the current answer on what is running and what it costs. This page will not quote a number it cannot stand behind.

Getting in the door

Basic is $34.99 + tax a month for the floor; Premium is $54.99 + tax and adds unlimited Group X classes. Both are month-to-month. A first visit is $5 at the front desk.

Come see the place first. It costs $5.

And we refund it if you sign up for a month-to-month membership the same day.
