Weight Loss

The floor, the classes and the trainers all sit behind one month-to-month membership. Here is what to use, and how each one is covered.

Losing weight is not one workout. It is showing up often enough that the habit holds, and FIT EVO is set up to make that the easy part: one building on Iowa Street, doors open at 4:00 AM on weekdays, with the weights floor, the cardio floor, 20+ group classes, the sauna and supervised childcare all behind a single check-in.

Start wherever you actually are

If you have never trained before, the least intimidating start is a class where somebody tells you what comes next. Group Power and BodyPump are high-repetition barbell classes that work every major muscle group. HIIT alternates hard intervals with planned recovery. Yoga, Mat Pilates and Tai Chi are the low-impact end of the timetable. The schedule also carries the Foundational Fitness Series — gentler classes built for beginners, seniors and anyone coming back from an injury.

Would rather be left alone? A membership is unlimited access to the floor: free weights, machines and cardio, with room to work even at peak hours.

Two ways into a class

Group X classes are included with a Premium membership. On Basic you can take one with a Premium Punch Card, and each punch also covers a full day on the floor. Non-members can drop into a class for $10.

Get a plan instead of guessing

Every membership includes a free training consultation. If you want somebody to build the whole programme and hold you to it, personal training starts at $35 a session, and Premium members take 20% off. Our trainers work with clients at every level, including anyone who needs to train around an old injury.

For the eating side of it, see nutrition coaching — what is available there is arranged at the front desk.
