Training is the part that happens in the building. What you eat, and how consistently, is the part nobody can do for you — and it is the part a gym can only help with if you ask.

How to ask

Nutrition coaching at FIT EVO is arranged at the front desk rather than published on a price list, because what is available depends on which trainers are taking clients. Call (360) 746-6354, ask at the desk, or send us a message for the current answer on what is on offer and what it costs. This page will not quote a price it cannot stand behind.

Start with the consultation

Every membership includes a free training consultation, and that is the natural place to raise it — bring what you are eating now and what you are training for. Personal training itself starts at $35 a session, 20% off for Premium and insurance-based members, and our trainers build programmes around the individual rather than off a template.

Fuel on the way out

The smoothie and açaí bar is at the front counter — protein smoothies and açaí bowls, with the menu and prices on its page. Premium members take 20% off there too.

Reading while you decide

The blog has plain write-ups of the questions that come up most at the desk: what to make of low-carb diets, how much exercise a week actually changes anything, and which foods you have written off are worth a second look. Start there if you would rather read than book.
