FIT EVO is a gym rather than a clinic. Whether physical therapy itself is available here — in what form, with whom and on what terms — is set at the front desk rather than on this page, so call (360) 746-6354 or ask in person. And whatever the person treating you has said takes precedence over anything written on a gym website.

What the building does have is most of what a rehabilitation plan asks you to do next.

The gentle end of the timetable

The Group X schedule carries the Foundational Fitness Series — gentle classes built for seniors, beginners and anyone recovering from an injury. Stretch & Mobility works range of motion rather than load, and Yoga, Mat Pilates and Tai Chi sit in the same low-impact half of the schedule. Every class is instructor-led and instructors demonstrate modifications, so you are not guessing at how to scale a movement on your own.

Trainers who work around an injury

Our personal trainers work with clients at every level, including people recovering properly from an injury, and they build the programme around the individual. Every membership includes a free training consultation, which is the place to explain what you have been told to avoid. Personal training starts at $35 a session, 20% off on Premium and on insurance-based memberships.

Recovery on site

The dry sauna is in both locker rooms and included with every membership. The floor carries machines as well as free weights, which matters while one movement pattern is off-limits.

Paying for it

Basic is $34.99 + tax a month and Premium is $54.99 + tax, both month-to-month. If you are on a Medicare Advantage or supplemental plan, check insurance-based memberships — SilverSneakers, Renew Active, Active & Fit and FitOn Health are all accepted, and on one of those there is nothing to pay us.
